With over 20 years of experience leading healthcare technology innovation, Krystian has specialised in building and scaling digital platforms that transform care delivery and outcomes. He hold an MSc in Computing (Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technologies), an Executive MBA, and an MA in Clinical Psychology. His journey spans executive leadership as founder/CEO of MyMind—Ireland's largest private mental health platform—and influential advisory roles such as INSEAD Social Entrepreneur in Residence. Recognised as an Ashoka Fellow and award-winning social entrepreneur, Krystian has architected AI-driven EHR systems, secured over €10M in funding, and led teams of 200+ across 11 centres. His expertise lies in healthcare technology, AI, cloud-native solutions, and innovation strategy

Krystian is passionate about healthcare innovation—particularly developing and launching digital health solutions that leverage AI, cloud technologies, and automation to improve outcomes and access. His focus includes the creation of scalable mental health platforms, transformative EHR/EMR solutions, and new ventures at the intersection of technology and care delivery.

Through the DigiBio HealthTech Innovation Programme, Krystian’s goal is to connect with MedTech innovators, clinicians, technology leaders, and investors who share a vision for reinventing healthcare. Krystian is eager to form partnerships and build a world-class team to launch a new healthcare startup focused on impactful, scalable, and sustainable technology—setting new standards for patient care and health system innovation.
