Monika Kozak

Bio

Monika is a UX designer with a background in web development, nine years of experience in creating digital products, and a qualification in Healthcare Innovation from Trinity College Dublin. At an award-winning MedTech startup, she collaborated with surgeons, consultants, and nurses to design and refine workflows and interfaces for dermatology, vascular care, ophthalmology, and surgical services.

Areas of Interest

Monika is focused on streamlining complex healthcare workflows to make them safe, more efficient and easier to navigate. She is passionate about empowering patients through accessible tools while supporting clinicians with technology that reduces administrative burdens, minimises errors, and supports decision-making.

What You Hope to Achieve During the Programme

Through the DigiBio HealthTech Innovation Programme,Monika aims to deliver practical, needs-led digital solutions for healthcare. She looks forward to collaborating with multidisciplinary peers to co-create tools that address real and validated clinical challenges. Her goal is to design systems that are scalable and trusted by both patients and clinicians.
